We are glad to provide assistance with for our products on any type of issue. In order to expedite the support process, please follow these steps:

1. Consult the product documentation (help menu)
2. Consult the product FAQ (visit the website)
3. Email us to support@altairtech.ca with the following information
- Product name and version (if applicable, see the Help, About menu to obtain the version)
- Operating system and service pack
- Is it a new installation?
- Did it work before?
- Any change before this problem?
- Describe the problem (please provide more than just "it doesn't work")
- Did you try to install/use the product on another computer?
- If applicable, examine the debug logs (FireGen products) and email it to us
- Provides us with contact information (email and phone)
